COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

WIN 50 BOTTLES OF WOLFIE’S WHISKY EVERY WEEK

By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Wolfie’s Whisky, operated by Wolfie’s Whisky Ltd (“Promoter”).

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the Netherlands who are 18 years of age or over at the time of entry and are of legal drinking age in their country of residence.

2.2. Employees of Wolfie’s Whisky, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3. Proof of age and eligibility may be required before a prize is awarded. Failure to provide valid proof may result in forfeiture of the prize.

3. Competition Period

3.1. The competition opens on 13th January 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 January 2026 (“Competition Period”).

3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined on Wolfie’s Whisky official social media channels during the Competition Period.

4.2. Entry requirements may include actions such as following the official Wolfie’s Whisky account, liking a post, commenting, tagging friends, and/or sharing content, as specified in each competition post.

4.3. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.4. Multiple entries per person are permitted unless otherwise stated. However, automated, bulk, or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1. Fifty (50) bottles of Wolfie’s Whisky will be given away each week during the Competition Period.

5.2. Each individual prize consists of one (1) bottle of Wolfie’s Whisky per winner.

5.3. In some instances, at the Promoter’s discretion, a winner may receive more than one bottle (e.g. as part of a special draw or bonus prize).

5.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

5.5. Bottles will be supplied subject to availability and may vary by market.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during each weekly draw period.

6.2. Draws will take place weekly throughout the Competition Period.

6.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

7.1. Winners will be contacted via direct message on the social platform used to enter and/or via email if provided.

7.2. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.

7.3. If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery

8.1. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the UK, Germany, France, or the Netherlands.

8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect information supplied by the winner.

9. Publicity

9.1. By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name, social handle, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions

10.1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be breaching these Terms and Conditions or acting in a fraudulent, misleading, or disruptive manner.

10.2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, system failures, or platform outages.

10.3. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition.

11. Responsible Drinking

11.1. Wolfie’s Whisky promotes responsible drinking.

11.2. Alcohol should be enjoyed in moderation. Drinking alcohol is associated with health risks and should be avoided during pregnancy. Never drink and drive.

12. Alcohol Information

12.1. Wolfie’s Whisky is a Blended Scotch Whisky with an alcohol content of 40% ABV.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms and Conditions and the competition are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

14. Privacy

14.1. Personal data supplied during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and awarding prizes, in accordance with Wolfie’s Whisky’s Privacy Policy.
