COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: WIN TICKETS TO ROD STEWART’S SHOW WITH WOLFIE’S WHISKY. 

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

Eligibility:

1.1. The competition is open to legal residents of the participating country/region who are at least 21 years old at the time of entry and who are of legal drinking age to purchase alcohol in their country/region of residence.

1.2. Employees of Wolfie's Whisky, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

Entry Period:

2.1. The competition begins on 22nd February 2025 and ends at midnight GMT on 23rd February 2025. Entries submitted after the specified time will not be eligible for participation. 

2.2. Wolfie's Whisky reserves the right to extend or shorten the competition period at its sole discretion.

Entry Method:

3.1. To enter, participants in the United states must must have a valid Instagram account and follow @wolfieswhisky. 

3.2. They must also tag three (3) friends in teh comments of the competition post on Instagram.

3.3. Participants can share the post to their Instagram Stories for an additional entry (optional).

3.4. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted for entries unless an additional entry is gained through sharing the post.. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

Winner Selection:

4.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.

4.2. The winner will be notified on Monday 24th February 2025 via sirect message on Instagram within 24 hours of the competition closing. The winner must respond before their chosen date. Failure to respond beforehand will result in the prize being void.

4.3. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.4. The winner will be required to provide proof of age (21+) before claiming the prize.

Prize:

5.1. One individual winner will win four (4) x VIP tickets to a Rod Stewart concert in Florida at one of the following venues & dates of their choice:

• February 25th – Daily’s Place, Jacksonville, Florida
• February 26th – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Tampa, Florida
• March 1st or 2nd – Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood, Florida

5.2. Location and date are subject to change at Wolfie’s Whisky discretion. 

5.3. The winner must be able to attend the event on the chosen date. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5.4 The prize includes tickets only. Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included.

Notification of Winners:

6.1. The potential winner will be notified via the DM on Instagram provided during entry within 24 hours after the drawing.

6.2. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.3 The winner must collect their tickets on the day of the event at their chosen venue. Further instructions on ticket collection will be provided upon confirmation of the winner.

Publicity Release:

7.1. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Wolfie's Whisky the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.

General Conditions:

8.1. Wolfie's Whisky reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.

8.2. Wolfie's Whisky is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or line failure in connection with the competition.

8.3. By participating in the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Wolfie's Whisky, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

8.4. Participants are reminded to drink responsibly and to enjoy Wolfie's Whisky products responsibly.

8.5. In the event that the Rod Stewart concert is cancelled or postponed, Wolfie's Whisky bears no responsibility, and the VIP tickets may not be valid for a rescheduled event. No alternative prize will be offered.

Governing Law:

9.1. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

Privacy Policy:

10.1. All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of signing up to our mailing list and administering the competition and will be subject to Wolfie's Whisky's privacy policy.

12.1. Wolfie’s Whisky is a Blended Scotch Whisky that is 40% ABV.
