KEEPING US GOING 'TIL THE WEE HOURS

CAFFEINATED / FRUITY / MOREISH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40ML WOLFIE'S WHISKY
  • 10ML CREME DE CACAO BLANC
  • 50ML ESPRESSO
  • 15ML RAW RASPBERRY SYRUP*

PREP:

  1. MAKE YOUR OWN RASPBERRY SYRUP BY COVERING 500G BERRIES WITH 700G SUGAR. LEAVE OVERNIGHT.  STRAIN AND MAKE UP TO 700ML WITH BOILED WATER.
  2. IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER WITH ICE, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND SHAKE WELL.
  3. STRAIN AND POUR
  4. ADD SOME EDIBLE GOLD GLITTER TO THE GLASS RIM

A ROCKSTAR TWIST ON A CLASSIC

BOUJI / CHEEKY / BUBBLEY

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ML WOLFIE'S WHISKY
  • 15ML SUGAR SYRUP 1:1
  • 2 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS
  • 25ML SPLASH OF CHAMPAGNE

PREP:

  1. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS APART FROM CHAMPAGNE TO A ROCKS GLASS
  2. ADD A FANCY BIG CUBE OF ICE
  3. 3. GIVE IT A WHIRL / SWIRL / STIR
  4. THROW IN A GLUG OF CHAMPERS. BECAUSE WHY THE HELL NOT?
  5. FINSH IT OFF WITH A MARASCHINO CHERRY.

A PIÑA COLADA WITH THE ROCKSTAR UPGRADE 

PINK / SALTY / TROPICAL

INGREDIENTS:

  • 40ML WOLFIE'S WHISKY
  • 15ML COCONUT LIQUEUR
  • 75ML PRESSED PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 25ML BEETROOT JUICE
  • 30ML COCONUT CREAM (VG)
  • 10ML FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE
  • A PINCH SEA SALT

PREP:

  1. IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER WITH ICE, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS AND SHAKE WELL.
  2. STRAIN AND POUR OVER ICE
  3. GARNISH WITH SOME PINEAPPLE LEAVES
